Refunds

Refunds will NOT be provided for any reason unless the asset experiences a serious issue that can not be fixed.

Reselling/Leaking

KnS Modeling Strictly Prohibits the Reselling of leaked assets by KnS Modeling or any other group. Any user-reported or caught in Reselling and Leaking Assets, with proof, will be Banned from our server and an investigation will take place. To report someone Leaking or Reselling assets, please make a ticket or contact anyone on the Moderation Team.

Product Licenses

KnS Modeling reserves the right to revoke any user's product license at any time for any reason. Users who have their product license revoked will not be refunded.

Product Updates

We have the right to discontinue any asset created by KnS Modeling. Products that are discontinued no longer receive support and updates. Refunds are not given.
