Plan of Salvation

"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23).

"But God commendeth [proved] his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8).

"For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord" (Romans 6:23).

". . . if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and will believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation" (Romans 10:9-10).

"For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved" (Romans 10:13).

All people are born into sin, and for this reason, all people have sinned. God's judgment against sin is death, even eternal death. For this reason, we all need a Savior -- someone to save us and deliver us from the penalty and power of sin. Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, is the Savior sent from God the Father. He came into the world to give his life as a ransom for all mankind. Jesus paid the price for our salvation; he died on the cross for our sins. Then God raised him from the dead. He is the living, risen Savior of all who call upon his name.

Today is the day of salvation. Repent of (turn from) your sins; and turn to Jesus Christ as your only Savior. He died for your sins - believe in his death. He is risen - believe in his resurrection and life. Call upon Jesus today; and he will save you.
