Getting More Creative with Ableton Live11

During this pandemic, when the whole world has gone down for a toss, the same time the entertainment industry has been partially entertaining the people across the world by doing virtual gigs and letting people hear more music when they’re home. 2. MPE-

• MIDI POLYPHONIC EXPRESSION. This was the most needed compatibility in 10 version. Now anyone can connect their polyphonic expressive instrument or controller for more intensive or more feel to the music by adding pressure, sliding/gliding, vibrato or bend to each MIDI notes.

• The best way of expressing the expressive instruments like Strings and Blow/Wind Instruments and can be edited the expressions to each note in the Envelope.

• Whereas now Wavetable, Sampler and Arpeggiator devices are supporting MPE.

3. Following tempo-

• Now Ableton hears out and adjusts the tempo of the incoming signal (drums, rhythm guitar or any percussive instruments) while recording.

• Dj can adjust the tempo by asking Ableton to follow their Fx box or any track imported inside.

4. Macro Snapshots-

• Save the state of your Macros for later control on the parameters of any devices or Ableton

• This helps for recalling and doing more with your sound while performing at any point of time during the performances.

• Rack improvements become another new feature for having more Macros i.e.1-16 macros along with the randomize button to surprise your audience with your creativity while producing or performing music.

5. Getting more Unpredictable-

• Note Chance & Velocity chance become now the more effective way to make your musicality more surprising and humanized to the instruments like Drums or percussions.

• By setting the probability of velocity and note chance in the pattern of your MIDI clip would give you a drastic and dramatic result to the designed pattern.

6. New Instruments & Devices-

• Hybrid Reverb, Spectral Resonator, Spectral Time, Pitchloop89 are the new add-ons to Live 11.

• These above devices are going to give more room to users to get more and more creative while sound designing as well as real-time performances or producing music for jingle or movies and getting dramatic effect to sounds.

• Whereas new add-ons instruments from spitfire are the beast.

• Upright Piano, Brass Quartet & Strings Quartet are the most awaiting instruments which were needed for producing scores or adding layers of orchestration to music.

• Last but not the list, amazing collections of sample packs are the extra collections of sounds, where one can add magic in their music by selecting the desired samples.

This new updates from Ableton are going to be more fun while using them in the music-making process and it let the user think with more affirmatives ideas to accentuate in their music.
