Benjamin Franklin

Benjamin Franklin was born on January 17, 1706, in Boston, Massachusetts. He was a printer, publisher, author, inventor and scientist, and diplomat. Benjamin Franklin helped write the Declaration of Independence and was one of its signers. He also represented the United States in France during the American Revolution, and was a delegate in the Constitutional Convention. He made important contributions to science, especially in the understanding of electricity. He Died on  April 17, 1790 in Boston, His Hometown.
