Germs spread everywhere and attaches to something, it could be an object and to someone you love and when we touch them it goes in our hand and do the nasty things where our naked eyes cannot see.
Here are the five steps to wash your hands properly:
Wet your hands with clean water (warm or cold).
Apply enough soap to cover all the surfaces of your hands and wrists.
Rub your hands together thoroughly make sure to scrub all the surfaces of your hands, fingertips, fingernails, and wrists for at least 20 seconds.
Rinse your hands with clean water.
Dry your hands with a clean towel or air-dryer
Washing your hands frequently leads to a better and safer you and your loved ones. There are key times when you are likely to get and spread germs according to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention:
Before, during, and after preparing food
Before and after eating food
Before and after caring for someone at home who is sick with vomiting or diarrhea
Before and after treating a cut or wound
After using the toilet
After changing diapers or cleaning up a child who has used the toilet
After blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing
After touching an animal, animal feed, or animal waste
After handling pet food or pet treats
After touching garbage
If you don't have access to clean water and soap, use a hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol to sanitize your hands.
