Community Access Instructions
Arrowhead Lake Registration Information
All guests and vehicles — including any visitors during your stay — must be registered at least 3 days prior to arrival.
Failure to register may result in a nonrefundable cancellation of your stay.
The Guest/Vehicle Information Form is located under the FORMS tab.
This form must be completed to receive your access QR code.
Important Notes About QR Codes
A valid email address is required — this is how your QR gate code and amenity pass will be delivered.
The primary renter will receive a QR code for each registered driver via email.
The primary renter is responsible for sharing QR codes with other registered drivers.
Do not share QR codes with unregistered guests — doing so is against community policy.
If you do not receive your QR code at least 2 days before your stay, please contact us immediately.

Check-Out Instructions
Before you leave, please make sure the property is left as you found it:
Kitchen & Food
Wash and put away all dishes and silverware
Remove all food and drinks from the refrigerator and freezer
Bedrooms
Strip all used beds and leave bedding on top of the mattresses
Shed & Outdoor Items
Return shed items as you found them
Ensure the shed is locked
Heating & Cooling
Summer: Turn off all window air conditioning units
Winter: Set all thermostats to 50°F
Turn off the garage HVAC system
Garage & Doors
Make sure the garage door is closed
Trash
Take all trash to the Trash Center (don’t forget the garage trash can)
If applicable:
Remove all pet waste
Remove any cigarette waste from outside the property
Games & Entertainment
Return all board games, Wii games, and controllers to their proper places
Using the Alexa Dot
The Alexa Dot is available for your convenience during your stay.
Getting Started
Simply say “Alexa” followed by your request. Some examples:
“Alexa, what’s the weather today?”

“Alexa, set a timer for 15 minutes.”

Use the + and – buttons on top of the device, or say “Alexa, volume up” or “volume down.”

Trash Procedures
Any trash generated by the guest during the stay must be properly secured in the provided receptacles.
*NEVER leave trash in the screened in porch or garage area. Bears WILL find it. You will be held liable for the damage to the porch screens if there is damage from wildlife, due to trash.
Please do not leave trash outside. We do have the occasional mama bear.
Bring all trash to the Arrowhead Lake Community Association at 961 Arrowhead Dr, Pocono Lake, PA 18347.
The entrance to the trash compactors is behind the Welcome Center. The trash center opens at 8am and closes at 10pm.

Amenity Access QR Code required at all facilities.
Beaches (4 Total)
Open Memorial Day through Labor Day (weather permitting). Swim at your own risk when lifeguards are not present.
Beach 1 – 971 Arrowhead Drive (just past the Main Gate)
Beach 2 – 108 Watami Drive (corner of Lake Shore Dr. & Squaw Trail)
Beach 3 – 1328 Arrowhead Drive (between Honovi & Towanda Trail)
Beach 4 – 342 North Arrow Drive (between Pontiac Path & Cresco Drive) (Closest beach*)
Beaches include picnic areas, ADA-compliant restrooms, charcoal grills, and playgrounds.
Beach Reminders:
Proper swimwear required (including swim diapers for little ones)
No large floats, glass containers, smoking outside designated areas, or tents over 6’x6’
No pets allowed
Pools (3 Heated Outdoor Pools)
Open daily 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM mid-June- Labor Day (weekends only Memorial Day.-Mid June)
Night Swimming (7:30 PM – 9:30 PM):
Monday: Adults only (Choctaw)
Wednesday: Family Night (Choctaw)
Friday: Pool Party (Island Pool)
Minisink Pool – 72 Minisink Dr. (features diving board, kids’ pool, ADA lift)
Choctaw Pool – 120 Choctaw Dr. (racing lanes + kids’ pool)
Island Pool – 132 Island Pool Dr. (shaped like an arrow, with splash fountain & wading area)
Pool Rules:
QR code or Member ID required
Ages 14+ may attend alone with a guest pass
No running, glass, or oversized toys/floats
Swim diapers required for infants/toddlers
Lifeguards have full authority
The Lodge
Located by Beach 3, with lounge areas, seasonal events, and Wi-Fi. Check the community board or app for hours.
Fitness Center
Located next to the Lodge. Ages 16+ only. Use your QR code for access.
Game Room
Inside the Lodge. Includes ping pong, air hockey, ski-ball and more. Kids under 12 must be supervised.
Rental Shack
Located near Beach 2. Seasonal rentals available:
Kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, and bikes

Kayak Use Guide
2 Available for Guest Use at Beach 4
We’re excited to offer our guests use of two kayaks during your stay! Please read the instructions below to enjoy them safely and responsibly.
Location:
The kayaks are stored at Beach 4 (342 North Arrow Drive).
One orange and one green kayak are available.
They are secured with a lock—you’ll receive the lock code before check-in.
Paddles (Oars):
You’ll find the paddles stored in the shed at the property.
Please return them to the shed after each use to keep them safe and dry.
Important Guidelines:
Life jackets are required while kayaking— Many sizes available in our shed. Also available at the Rental Shack if needed.
Use kayaks only during daylight hours and when weather conditions are safe.
Be respectful of other beachgoers and community guidelines.
Return the kayaks to their original location and re-lock them after each use.
Please note: Kayaks are provided for your enjoyment, but use is at your own risk.

Please return everything clean and organized back to the shed before check-out.
Drainage & Septic
The property is on a well and septic systems. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed.
DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime.
If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $1000.
