# KnockNova Privacy Policy

Mobile Application Developer ("we," "us," or "our") provides KnockNova (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how you can make privacy choices.

## 1. Permissions We Use

The App may use the following permissions or system access:

- **Internet and network access:** to provide online features, ads, analytics, purchase verification, and support.

- **Photos or media:** only when you choose a screenshot or image to attach to Feedback.

- **Advertising ID:** for advertising and attribution when allowed by law and your device settings.

- **Vibration:** for optional gameplay feedback.

## 2. Information We Collect

We may collect:

- **Information you provide:** support messages, an optional contact email, survey responses, and screenshots or images you choose to attach.

- **Device and technical information:** device model, operating system, language, country or region, App version, IP address, crash logs, performance data, App instance identifiers, and Android Advertising ID when permitted.

- **Gameplay information:** levels, wins and losses, attempts, coins, stamina, items, settings, rewards, and game events.

- **Advertising and analytics information:** ad impressions, clicks, rewards, ad revenue, campaign and attribution data, and experiment groups.

- **Purchase information:** product ID, price, currency, order or transaction ID, purchase status, and receipt or purchase token. Google Play processes your payment details.

Some progress and settings are stored locally on your device. Clearing App data or uninstalling the App may delete local progress.

## 3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

- operate and improve the App;

- save progress and provide rewards;

- show and measure ads;

- analyze gameplay and App performance;

- process and verify purchases;

- respond to support requests;

- prevent fraud, cheating, and security problems; and

- comply with applicable law.

## 4. How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that help operate the App, including AppLovin MAX and its advertising partners, Adjust, ThinkingData, Google Play, Firebase if enabled, Unity, Meta, and Alibaba Cloud OSS.

These providers process information under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the App, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or business transfer.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, advertising-related disclosures may be treated as a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under some U.S. state privacy laws.

## 5. Advertising and Your Choices

The App may show rewarded, interstitial, or other ads. Advertising partners may use device and ad-interaction information to deliver, measure, and prevent fraud involving ads.

You can limit personalized advertising through Android advertising privacy settings and any consent or privacy controls shown in the App. You may still receive non-personalized ads.

## 6. Data Retention and Security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the App, handle support, complete transactions, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Support records are generally kept for no longer than 24 months after a matter is closed. Purchase records may be kept longer when required for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee complete security.

## 7. Children's Privacy

KnockNova is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information was collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Users who cannot legally consent on their own should use the App only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

## 8. U.S. Privacy Rights

Depending on your state, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. California residents may also have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete, correct, opt out, and receive equal service when exercising privacy rights.

## 9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy when the App, our service providers, or applicable laws change. Material changes will be communicated through the App, the store listing, or another appropriate method. The effective date above will be updated when necessary.
