President
Since moving to Knob Hill in 2020, Natalie has been interested in building community connections and support in her neighborhood. She has planned block parties, community dinners, neighborhood cleanups, and Neighborhood Watch. As a teacher, gardener, dog owner, and ultimate Frisbee player, Natalie is active and engaged with folks in her community, and is excited to help knob Hill grow in the face of many challenges.
Vice President
Katie Benzel has lived in Knob Hill since 2013 with her husband and, now, their young son. She is a certified urban planner with a passion for the outdoors and the potential of Colorado Springs. She joined Knob Hill Neighbors to help preserve the neighborhood as a safe, accessible place for everyone.
Treasurer
Jonathan is married to Heather and is father to their young son jack. He has lived in the neighborhood since 2022. He works as a product line manager for a local company in the Telecom infrastructure business. His main goal as a board member for the Knob Hill Neighbors is to encourage and facilitate our neighborhood interacting in person instead of only online.
Secretary
A transplant to Knob Hill from Dallas, Texas nearly 4 years ago, Ethan is a loyal, faithful, and hardworking contributor to society. He loves to help others fulfill their goals, go on walks and hikes with his wife and 2 dogs, and wants to see Knob Hill grow and continue to be a great place to build a family and grow old.
Hey I’m Anthony, I am a native of Colorado Springs and I love it here, this will always be home for me. My wife and I are first time home buyers in Knobhill and I am excited to be an advocate for our neighborhood. I enjoy the outdoors and you’ll probably see me in my yard hanging out with the dogs.
Gloria is a long time Colorado Springs resident, and an active community organizer. Gloria is retired Kindergarten/Preschool teacher and Civil Servant. She currently serves on the board for Latino Vote Colorado, Dem’s District 5 Committee Chair, Lobbyist MOM for National Guard/Veterans, Autobee Family President., and actively volunteers at her church. She is a graduate of the CONO University, ten week course class of 2022. She enjoys walking, gardening, playing Basketball (with neighborhood kids), watching her granddaughters play Club Softball. "I believe supporting my civic duties, neighborhood and clean air."

First and foremost I am a Black Female over the age of 60 years I am also a Disabled Veteran. I have been able to converse with many different people. I am married to Robert Butler and we have 3 dogs and live in the neighborhood for over 6 years. We are members of the Anchor Church located at 802 Bonfoy. I served 13 years in the Army. Fort Carson was my last duty station I wish to bring diversity to the organization.
Jennifer Sexton is an arts professional with a studio in Knob Hill. She has lived in Colorado Springs with her family since 2016. She is working to advocate for increased visibility of local artists, and using art to create a sense of place and pride in our neighborhood.
