Answer: No. We are an unincorporated nonprofit association, which means Texas law recognizes us as a nonprofit group without requiring us to incorporate or file with the state. We operate under bylaws and state law to stay accountable and transparent.

Answer: Yes, to officers who act as employees and deal with the day to day duties of the organization. No, to members who serve on a volunteer basis. All funds raised go directly toward programs, services, and activities that further our mission.

How can I become a member?
Answer: As of now since we are in the early stages of the organization, we are not accepting memberships; however, membership is open to anyone who supports our mission. To join, you simply [fill out our membership form/contact us via email/attend a meeting]. Members can vote, receive updates, and help shape the direction of the association.

Answer: Because we are in the early stages of our organization, we are not accepting funds nor donations at this time.
