Principal
Mary Snow serves as the academic and administrative leader of the school, ensuring curriculum excellence, staff coordination, student development, and organizational efficiency. She oversees policy implementation, teacher mentorship, and external collaborations, guiding the institution toward high educational standards and long-term success.
Assistant Principal
Moo Moo Saw serves as the Assistant Principal and Leadership & Management instructor, supporting academic administration while guiding students in strategic decision-making, team leadership, and organizational skill. He also assists in school's discipline & rule enforcement.
Coordinator
Eh Kler Moo serves as the Coordinator at Karenni Leadership College, overseeing technical support, external communication, and digital presence management. He ensures efficient academic operations, teachers coordination, and structured system development, contributing to the institution's growth, organization, and leadership initiatives.

Caretaker
