Pharmacist day was celebrated on 25- September 2024 with the aim of recognizing the vital role pharmacist play in healthcare. The event highlighted their contributions to patient care, medication management and public health awareness. 

The event initiated at 9:00 am and various competitions such as like quiz competition, debate competition, poster making, rangoli and poster presentation were held parallelly within the institute. The participants gave their best to match their posters or rangolis with the theme of the day. 

In the second half i.e. from 2:00 pm onwards, Our Chief guests Prikshit Gupta and Rajesh kumar evaluated the posters and rangolis and interacted with the students. They gave a knowledgeable talk on evolving role of pharmacists in modern healthcare, emphasing patient centered care and the importance of medication counselling. These talks were followed by awarding top performers of each events.

The celebration concluded cultural program featuring performances by students. This celebration increased awareness among students about the diverse role of pharmacist and enhancing interaction between students and practicing pharmacist, fostering networking opportunities.

At last, we conclude the pharmacist day celebration it was resounding success, inspiring students and reinforcing the importance of pharmacy profession. This event served as a reminder of the critical role of pharmacist plays in healthcare and encouraged future pharmacist to strive excellence in their careers.
