About Us

Who are We?

Knit For Life is a nonprofit organization based on the idea of helping young women, particularly those struggling with pregnancies, to gain access to basic necessities such as scarves and hats, all hand-knitted by our volunteers. We view this cause as important as we strive to help the young women who are often overlooked. No matter the circumstances that they come to us with, we aspire to help these young women to move forward with these basic necessities. Small as they may be, hopefully not only will they give these women something that will keep them warm, but it will show them that there are people who care about their well-being.
