Central library was started functioning in the year 1982. It is situated at the first floor of the college building. The library supports the educational and research needs of the academic community of the College. The Library provides services to students, faculty members and staff. The Library is under CCTV surveillance which ensures security to its resources. The Library possesses a rich collection of books around 14,000 (including reference books) and more than 20 printed journals and 3 newspapers. It has three main sections, i.e. Reading Room, Library stack and Lending Section. The Central Library has been partly computerized using integrated library management software SOUL 2.0. The College Library uses Dewey Decimal Classification Scheme (23^rd edition) for classifying the documents.
