Jane Waby and Nina Redman opened Knights Haberdashery in 2016 after the closure of Knight's of Reigate department store. Nina worked in Knights since 1977 and when Jane joined the haberdashery department in 2015 they found a shared love of crafting and making also a shared dream of opening their own business. Upon the closure of the Bell St store they decided to make that dream a reality.  With Michael Knight's blessing and a gap in the market they began looking for a premises and opened their first shop in the back of a small clothes shop in Reigate High Street. When this also closed 9 months later they found their current home at 27 Lesbourne Road.  Nina has now retired from working in the shop due to ill health but you will still see her popping in. We now welcome new staff Lisa Finn to the partnership, who has brightened up the place with her creative style (crochet on the tree) and Chrissie Cardno who covers one day a week and some of the classes.
