MOM'S KNIFE

Mom's Knife is a multi-genre musician and mixed media artist from Illinois.  Drawing heavy influence from every day life and and showcasing the beauty of rawness and human imperfection.  While not confined to a single genre or specific medium.  Through his work he aims to showcase the beauty of going against the grain and what it means to be "human."  

Aiming to express himself freely and create with no boundaries Mom's Knife's work often showcases a variety of emotions.  Working in multiple genres and artistic mediums helps him create and express himself in a way that he believes cannot be achieved by sticking to one "style" or "genre." 

With a 17+ year journey of creating.  The amalgamation of his many styles, sounds and influences have created a very unique experience for both viewers and listeners alike.

Not only just the name of his fanbase.  Knife Life is all about love, peace and integrity.  The ability to unashamedly stand up for what you believe in and what you love.  To display the strength and courage to fight for your loved ones.  Rooted in unity and anti hate.  Knife Life aims to bring people together with the common goal of expressing individuality and spreading love.  Especially during these trying times.

A Message from Mom's Knife

I just wanted to spend some time to geniuinely say thank you.  Thanks for all of the love and the support.  It blows my mind and is truly humbling to see how some of the  things I create has made such a positive impact to some peoples lives.   I have been making music and art for the past 17+ years.  You all make it worth it.  You all help me keep going.  At this point in my life I am just here for the journey.  Here for the experience.  Here for the love of the game.  I have fallen so in love with the life that I have built through music and art that I just want other people to be able to feel the same way I do when I create.  With that in mind I promise to always do my best.  To continue being a student forever.  To continue to try to be a positive impact and do my best.  I will never forget the amount of love and support you all show me on the daily.  I promise I will never stop creating and doing what I love.  There is no end game.  There is no "blowing up" or becoming a huge success.  To me none of that matters.

Success is something I have already found.  To be able to do what I do for as long as I can.  That's all that matters to me.  I hope I can continue to inspire and uplift others to help find their own success.  Remember, success is something only you can define for yourself.  No one else gets to do that for you.
