Kneadly: Massage at Home — Privacy Policy (Last updated October 2026)
The short version. Kneadly is built to know as little about you as possible. There is no account. Your health answers never leave your phone.
What stays on your device only. Health screening answers, partner profiles, session history, streaks, relief ratings and preferences. Never uploaded, never synced, and we have no way to read them.
What we collect. Anonymous usage events (for example, that a session was started). No name, email, device identifier or advertising ID, and nothing that can be linked back to you.
What we never collect. Name, email, phone, contacts, location, photos or health data. No tracking across apps or websites, no advertising identifier, and we never sell or share data.
Demonstration videos. Some screens offer a free YouTube video loaded from youtube-nocookie.com. Nothing is sent to YouTube unless you press play; after that, YouTube's privacy policy applies.
Reminders. Scheduled on your phone with Apple's local notifications. Nothing is sent to any server.
Purchases. Handled entirely by Apple. We never see payment details.
Children. Not intended for children under 12.
Deleting your data. Delete the app, or use Reset All Data in Settings.
