Do I have to be at home when my house is scheduled to be cleaned?
No, many of our customers prefer to give us a key or door code so they can come home to a clean and shiny living space. This enables our clients to schedule our service without needing to set aside time in their week.
Can I schedule my cleaning on a specific day and/or time?
Absolutely! We offer a flexible schedule and we will work to fit your needs.
How much will it cost to clean my house?
This is dependent on the package you choose, size of your home, and other requests you may have. We will give you a quote prior to scheduling your first cleaning that is tailored to your needs.
Does K&N Cleaning Service provide the supplies?
Our employees bring all of the necessary tools and supplies required to get the job done! We use plant powered cleaners to ensure the safety of your kids, pets, and plants. If you prefer specific cleaning products, let us know and we can make an arrangement.
How can I pay for my cleaning service?
We accept payment in the form of cash, check, Venmo, Cashapp or Zelle.
Should I prepare before my cleaning session?
We encourage you to pick up personal items, dishes and laundry before we come (unless your package includes these services) to make it easier for us to get to the cleaning and sanitizing. If you do not have time to do this, we will still clean and carefully move your items into pile so we have easy access to your surfaces. We thoroughly clean under and behind furniture and appliances, so if there are any large items you can't easily move but don't want us to touch, just let us know before the cleaning!
