Day 1
Day 1
This day starts the conference on innovation & sustainable development, with the morning having keynotes covering mining, agriculture, aquaculture, technology, and entrepreneurship. The afternoon features parallel breakout sessions on ICT, smart agriculture, value addition, and STEM applications. The day closes with a panel discussion on cross-sector synergies and a certificate ceremony.

Day 2
The second day has a field excursion to Chipoma Falls, Lubu Dam, and Chambeshi River. Activities included guided walks, a dam infrastructure tour, and a nature walk. Focused on natural landmarks and engineering achievements, ending with free time and an optional networking tea-coffee time.
The conference will:
1. Facilitate cross‑sector knowledge exchange: The conference will bring together pupils, teachers, college faculty, industrial experts, university lecturers, and students to share research findings, pedagogical innovations, and case studies through parallel oral sessions and poster presentations.
2. Provide a platform for early‑career researchers: It will provide a dedicate specific tracks to the participants to present their work, receive feedback from senior academics, industrial professionals and build professional networks.
3. Foster institutional collaboration: To create structured networking opportunities (roundtables, coffee breaks, luncheon discussions) between students, pupils, teachers, colleges, industries and university lecturers to align curricula and research pathways.
4. Deliver high‑impact keynote and panel sessions: Invite distinguished speakers from each participating level (school, college, university and industry) to address current challenges in education, industry and research, followed by moderated Q&A.
5. Equip attendees with practical resources: Distribute conference proceedings through publication in journals and a magazine, and provide access to a digital resource hub, ensuring lasting value beyond the event date.
