“Sawatdee! (Hello!)”
In this KSS, Juan Miguel Macalalad introduced the KMSB Team to practical Thai greetings, polite expressions, and everyday phrases. He emphasized the value of cultural respect through language, showing how even basic Thai can build rapport and connection. Participants actively practiced common conversational lines and learned to say "hello," "thank you," and other useful phrases with proper tone and gesture.

“The Author is Dead”
In this KSS, Atty. Nad Bronce shared his passion for poetry analysis, highlighting that meaning comes from the reader, not the author. With this lens, KMSB participants interpreted two poems through their poetic lens.

How to befriend your stress? -- In this KSS, Mr. Alvin Rabulan shared his knowledge on stress and office stressors, responses and strategies to manage stress and pressure in the workplace. The session ended with a "stress-free" open forum to discuss the thoughts and key takeaways of participants.
