I'm a certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor's of Science in Health Science and a Master's in Public Health. I also have certificates in Sports Nutrition and Cognitive Coaching.
I've been active my whole life in sports, dancing, and the gym - the latter two in which I am still deeply involved with!
I got into personal training based on my desire to help people become more active and take control of their health for both the short and long-term. I take a practical, life first approach to creating my training plans - I want to create something that works best for YOU.
When I am not dancing or in the gym, I love to be outside hiking, camping, reading, or snuggling with my cat.
