Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records by regularly updating and periodically reviewing the books of accounts.
Assist in developing project budgets and financial plans, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
Review and process invoices, receipts, and expense claims to accurately record project-related expenses.
Ensure timely payments to vendors, consultants, and staff salaries.
Monitor banking activities related to the project.
Contribute to financial planning and forecasting for the project’s financial needs.
Prepare periodic internal and external financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and year-end procedures.
Monitor expenditures against budget by maintaining spreadsheets and provide periodical control reports to support decision-making.
Coordinate procurement processes, including obtaining quotes, preparing comparative statements, issuing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.
Arrange accommodations and travel logistics for project staff, consultants, and stakeholders as required.
Liaise with logistics suppliers for venue booking, catering, transportation, and materials preparation.
Maintain a database of all vendors and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with financial training and administrative policies and procedures.
Conduct field visits as necessary.
Provide administrative and financial training and support to project staff, if required.
Coordinate events as per management requirements.
Enhance integration with administration, procurement, and finance departments.
Maintain proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Support and coordinate Programme and Programme support staff by scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting visitors.

Supported Value Chain Expert and E-Traceability Specialist of the Shrimp Cluster Mobilization Project towards operationalizing the E- Traceability system throughout the shrimp supply chain in Bangladesh.
Worked as a trainer for Shrimp Cluster Mobilizers and enumerators on farmer and Farm registration using Mobile App.
Registered Mobile App and Web app users and their devices.
Assisted shrimp cluster mobilizers and enumerators in real data sharing through the digital platform.
Troubleshooting device issues of the "Shrimp Farmer Database" Mobile App users.
Monitoring data collection and sharing the issues and remarks with the SourceTrace software development unit.
Worked closely with GIS experts and relevant project personnel to gain more insights on GIS mapping and ICT tools development for project monitoring and evaluation.
Emphasized the strength in visualizing the learning and communication materials in consultation with communication experts.

Total 27 Enumerators and 12 CMs Under 06 Upazilas (04-satkhira,02-Khulna) have present on the training program.

Visited about 9 Upazilas to fix data collectors device issues and monitored their data collcetion process.
Visited a Collection Center at Paikgacha for finalizing the modules for the E-Traceability System of Shrimp.
With the SNA Global Communications Team at Satkhira to show the Shrimp Farmer Data Collection process.
