KMobile ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Pdf Sign mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information Processing & On-Device Storage

a. Document and Signature Data (100% Local Processing)

• Local Processing Only: All PDF documents, images, drawings, and signatures that you import, create, edit, or sign within Pdf Sign are processed 100% locally on your device.

• Zero Server Uploads: Your documents, signature images, and personal files are never uploaded, transmitted, or stored on any external server or cloud service owned by us.

b. Device Permissions

To provide its functionality, the App may request access to certain features on your device:

• Camera & Photo Library: Used solely to allow you to scan documents, capture images, or pick signature photos from your gallery to insert into PDF files.

• Storage & File Access: Used solely to open PDF documents from your device and to save modified or signed PDF files locally.

2. Third-Party Services & Automated Data Collection

While we do not directly collect or store personal data, Pdf Sign utilizes trusted third-party service providers to show advertisements and manage in-app purchases:

a. Google AdMob (Advertising Services)

We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements within the App. Google AdMob may collect and use device identifiers (such as Advertising ID / IDFA), IP address, network information, and app usage data to deliver personalized or non-personalized ads.

b. In-App Purchases

Any subscription or in-app purchase options are processed directly by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not process, collect, or store any of your financial information or payment card details.

3. Data Security & Storage

• All files created or modified using Pdf Sign remain stored exclusively on your device.

• You can remove your local files and signatures at any time by deleting them within the app or uninstalling the App.

• We recommend keeping your device secure with passcodes or biometric locks to protect your locally stored documents.

4. Children's Privacy

Pdf Sign does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable legal age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action.

5. Your Data Rights (GDPR & CCPA Compliance)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:

• Manage or revoke device permissions (Camera, Photos, Storage) at any time via your device's Settings menu.

• Opt out of personalized advertising by resetting your device Advertising ID or disabling ad tracking in your OS settings.
