NOTICE

1. Oral Presentation


- Please save the presentation material PPT on USB. Announcement as a beam project


- Presentation time: 15 minutes for thesis presentation, 5 minutes for Q&A.


- Please observe the presentation time.



2. Poster Presentation


- If possible, please print out one A1 size sheet and attach it.(Vertical)


- Poster presenters, please prepare a 3~5-minutes speech. The leader will lead the show host.


   Please present your thesis summary in front of your poster within a minute.


- If A1 is not manufactured, print out 10 PPT sheets and attach them


- The presentation time is 120 minutes. If you leave the seat after attaching it, it will be unpublished.


- The poster presentation will be held for 120 minutes, and participants can answer questions about the paper.



* The presenter must make a verbal and poster presentation at the specified time and location. If it is not announced without prior contact, there may be a notification and sanctions to the advisor.



3. Video Presentation


[How to make a video] 

After making a presentation with PPT, make sure that the presentation PPT is visible on the entire screen, and then make a video that can be recorded with your voice. You can create a video using the recording function within PPT, recording using ZOOM US, OBS, etc.

 

[Resolution] 

We recommend a resolution of 1920X1080, but depending on the situation, you can also submit a resolution of 1280X720. Lower resolutions will not be accepted due to readability issues.

 

[Video length] 

Please keep your presentation videos to around 15 minutes.

 

[Size] 

Please keep your submission to 150MB, if it is larger we may ask you to re-encode it.

 

[File name] 

For the file name, please include the title of the paper, presenter, and affiliation according to the guidelines below so that the submitter can be easily identified.


ex) Name(Affiliation)_Title.mp4



[Submission Deadline] 

The deadline for video submissions is Friday, July 12 at 5:00 PM. To ensure smooth preparation, we will not accept submissions after the deadline, so please be sure to meet the deadline.

 

Submissions should be sent to kmmsconf@gmail.com, the dedicated email address for the conference, rather than the previous email address of the secretariat, for smooth reception and management. Please include the submission area in the body of the email.
