Kesari-Tiffin provides services to its customers . By using our Service, you agree to comply with

placing an order.

1. Order Placement and Payment:

a. Orders for lunch and dinner must be placed in advance, at least 1 day prior, as specified by us.

b. Payments must be made as per the agreed-upon schedule or method.

c. Prices may be subject to change, and you will be notified of any changes in advance.

2. Cancellations and Refunds:

a. You may cancel lunch orders before 10 a.m. and dinner orders before 7 p.m. for the same day without incurring a cancellation fee.

b. Subscription Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your subscription, please inform us one day prior, and we will process a refund of the remaining amount within 2-3 days.

3. Delivery:

a. We will make our best effort to deliver your tiffin at the agreed time. However, Unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

b. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions and contact details.

4. Responsibility:

a. Please keep the tiffin safe with you. We will collect the tiffin the next day.

5. Food Allergies and Dietary Preferences:

a. Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary preferences when placing your order.

b. While we will make our best effort to accommodate your requests, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our food.

6. Quality and Hygiene:

a. We adhere to strict hygiene standards and aim to provide quality, homemade meals.

b. If you receive a tiffin with quality or hygiene issues, please contact us immediately.

7. Termination:

a. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the Service at our discretion.

b. You may terminate the Service by providing notice in accordance with our cancellation policy.
