The first package includes 6 mentoring sessions, split into 1 hour zoom calls over the span of six weeks for up to 2 key leaders on your worship and arts teams. You will receive creative resources and templates, plus objectives and goals for you and your worship team. This package is designed to get you on your feet. Perhaps all you need is a little support in giving your team direction. If so this is the package for you.

Our second package includes 6 mentoring sessions, split into 1 hour zoom calls over the span of six weeks for up to 4 key leaders on your worship and arts teams. Alongside receiving creative resources and templates, plus objectives and goals for you and your worship team, you will also receive 3-30 minute music tuition on either piano or vocals. These 3 sessions could be for 1 of the members of your worship team, 1 session for 3 different members of your worship team, or 3 group sessions for your worship team.

Our third package includes 1-1 weekly mentoring sessions for up to 2 key leaders on your worship team for 6-12 months. If you have more than 2 worship leaders that you would like to benefit from this mentoring package the price would increase per person. For instance if you have 4 worship leaders, the cost would be £500 a month. This package is designed to equip your leaders to develop, mentor and maintain a thriving worship ministry at your church and within your community. This method seeks to grow your team through “passing on the baton” so that your team will continue to grow and thrive for years to come.
