Kasson-Mantorville Education Minnesota (KMEM) is the negotiating body and the voice for Kasson-Mantorville educators. One of the organization's goals is to increase communication between teachers, board members, and community members. President is Aaron Wilke and VP is Travis Robertson. DID YOU KNOW: 99.3% of KM teachers belong to KMEM. Thank you for your support and membership. Remember, we are here to support you. KMEM continues to work toward attracting and keeping excellent educators at K-M Schools. Pension reform and affordable, quality health insurance are a couple of those areas that can help attract young people to the profession outside of salary. KMEM will continue to advocate for salaries and benefits that allow Kasson-Mantorville Schools to attract and retain the best teachers in the area.
