It was a great 2023-2024 school year at KM.  Your hard work supported our students academically, socially, and emotionally providing them an environment to be the best they can be.  Last year, we settled a contract that will bring us into 2025 getting KM teachers closer to matching the outstanding work our staff provides on a daily basis and being competitive in the area for schools are size.  Our changes to health insurance make sure that in starting the 2024-2025 school year individuals and families have access to health insurance premiums they can afford.  Rest up, do what you enjoy, see you back in the buildings on August 26.  KMEM is looking forward to meeting our new teachers on Wednesday, August 21 at 2:30 PM.

KMEM continues to work toward attracting and keeping excellent educators at K-M Schools.  Pension reform and affordable, quality health insurance are a couple of those areas that can help attract young people to the profession outside of salary.  KMEM will continue to advocate for salaries and benefits that allow Kasson-Mantorville Schools to attract and retain the best teachers in the area.
