Kasson-Mantorville Education Minnesota (KMEM) is the negotiating body and the voice for Kasson-Mantorville educators. One of the organization's goals is to increase communication between teachers, board members, and community members. President is Aaron Wilke and VP is Travis Robertson. KMEM continues to work toward attracting and keeping excellent educators at K-M Schools. Pension reform and affordable, quality health insurance are a couple of those areas that can help attract young people to the profession outside of salary. KMEM will continue to advocate for salaries and benefits that allow Kasson-Mantorville Schools to attract and retain the best teachers in the area.
