Welcome to Children’s Ministry
We’re excited to welcome your family! Our Infant care through 5th grade ministry provides a safe, nurturing, and engaging space where children learn about Jesus through age-appropriate teaching, worship, and hands-on activities.
To best care for every child, we are currently updating our Children’s Ministry records. Whether your child is new or has been attending for some time, we ask that all families complete a Student Information Form to ensure we have accurate and up-to-date information.
This helps us provide a smooth check-in process and maintain a safe, well-organized environment for all children.
Thank you for helping us create a safe, loving, and well-prepared ministry for every child.
To help us care for your child and ensure their safety, all parents/guardians are required to complete a Student Information Form for each child attending Children’s Ministry.
Please submit one form per child.
