Once the design and size are finalized, we will provide you with a detailed proposal. It will include a comprehensive cost estimate, project timeline, and any other relevant information, so you have a clear understanding of the entire process. You will be required to approve and sign off on the final design and estimate.

To begin work on the custom piece, payment must be made in full.
