Marquee and 360 Video Platform Rentals
We understand that circumstances may arise which require you to cancel or reschedule your marquee reservation or your photo booth rental. To ensure a fair and transparent process for both parties, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Timeline:
Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the event date will receive a full refund of the deposit or any payments made.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit or any payments made, unless you reschedule the event for a later date within this 14 day time frame.
Cancellation Procedure:
To cancel your photo booth rental, please notify us in writing via email that you are requesting cancellation.
Include your name, event date, and booking details to facilitate the cancellation process.
Rescheduling:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to reschedule your event. Subject to availability, we are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests at no additional charge if you reschedule to a later date within 14 days of the original event date.Â
Rescheduling requests made after the original event date may be subject to availability and will incur additional charges.
Custom Orders
Once custom orders have been paid for and started, there are NO changes, cancellations, or refunds.
