Daily Homework 

Your child will have homework daily. More Information about homework will be sent home. 

• • About 15 minutes of homework will be given almost daily, except for weekends and holidays. Please check the folder daily. When you see an activity or assignment in the folder, read all of the directions so you can help explain it to your child. Please model good homework habits early on. 

  • All homework must be completed by your child and in his/her handwriting, however I do encourage help where needed. 

  • Please return all homework assignments in your child’s Homework Folder the next day unless noted otherwise.

  • Pawsome Reading - Daily Reading – This program will start later in the fall. Your child will come home with books inside a folder/Baggie. They are to read those books with someone every night (15 minutes) and return them to school. More information will come in a letter about this program! 

  • Sight Words- Sight words will be sent home In a bag and should be kept In your child's homework folder every day. Your child should practice thier sight words at least three times a week!
