My name is Kristine Lopez and I teach high school visual arts. As a visual arts teacher, I specialize in teaching Sculpture and Ceramics, but I also teach Art 1 and AP Studio Art and have taught AP Art History. I have been teaching for twenty years, currently at Little Elm High School. Before that, I taught two years at The Colony High School in Lewisville ISD. Prior to The Colony, five years at Newman Smith High School in Carrollton; I taught at John Paul II High School in Plano for two years and Rowlett High School in Rowlett for ten years.
I have a blended family and we enjoy hiking, camping and fossil hunting together. I love to create art (ceramics in particular), read, garden and spend time with my family.
