Que Lo Que Béisbol ("the App") is a bilingual baseball language learning application developed by KLK Media LLC. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.
Device-only storage: Your learning progress (XP, completed episodes, daily streak), audio preferences, and language direction preference are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
Subscription and payment data: If you subscribe to Que Lo Que Béisbol, your payment is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. KLK Media LLC does not collect, store, or have access to your payment or billing information. Apple's privacy policy governs all payment processing.
Usage analytics: We do not use third-party analytics platforms, advertising SDKs, or behavioral tracking tools of any kind.

Voice recordings (all speech synthesis is processed on-device by iOS)

Apple App Store / In-App Purchases: Subscription and payment management is handled entirely by Apple. Please review Apple's Privacy Policy for details.
Expo / EAS Build Services: The App is built using the Expo framework. Build and distribution infrastructure is provided by Expo Technologies. Please review Expo's Privacy Policy.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. KLK Media LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
All data stored by the App resides on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App. KLK Media LLC does not retain any personal data on external servers.
Because we do not collect personal data, there is no data to access, correct, or delete on our end. You may clear all App data at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.
KLK Media LLC may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
