1. How do I make an appointment?

2. Do you accept walk in patients?

Yes, walk in patients are welcome, subject to availability.

3. Do you serve patients from nearby areas like Desa Cempaka, Desa Kolej, Nilai Springs, Desa Kasia, Desa Anggerik, Bandar Baru Nilai, Salak Tinggi, Sepang, and Kota Warisan?

Yes, we serve patients from Nilai and surrounding areas.

4. What should I bring for my first visit?

Please bring your IC or passport for registration.

5. How much is the consultation fee?

The consultation fee ranges from RM10 to RM30, and it is usually waived if treatment is carried out.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, QR Pay, e-wallets, and online transfers.

7. Is dental treatment painful?

Most treatments are performed with your comfort in mind. The dentist will explain the procedure and ensure you are as comfortable as possible.

8. Do you treat children?

Yes, we treat children depending on their dental needs and condition.

9. Do you treat patients with toothache or swelling urgently?

Yes, emergency cases such as severe pain, swelling, and infection can be assessed and treated promptly.

10. Is dental X-ray safe?

Yes, dental X-rays are safe and only taken when necessary. Modern dental X-rays use very low radiation compared to medical imaging like chest X-rays or CT scans.

11. Do I need an X-ray before extraction or root canal treatment?

An X-ray is usually required for root canal treatment. For extractions, it depends on the situation, especially for more complex cases.

12. How often should I do scaling and polishing?

Most patients should do scaling every 6 months to 1 year, depending on gum condition and tartar buildup.

13. Will scaling make my teeth loose?

No. Scaling removes tartar that may be causing gum disease. Loose teeth are usually due to gum and bone loss caused by long term tartar buildup.

14. How long does teeth whitening last?

Results vary depending on diet and oral habits, but typically whitening can last around 1 year or longer with proper care.

15. How long does tooth extraction take?

It depends on the complexity of the case. Simple extractions are quicker, while surgical extractions may take longer.

16. Can you save a tooth with root canal treatment?

In many cases, yes. Root canal treatment can save a tooth that is infected or badly damaged.

17. Do you provide treatment for gum infection or abscess?

Yes, we assess and treat gum infections, abscesses, and related conditions appropriately.
