This privacy policy applies to the personal data that we collect from you when you use our mobile applications and website(s) related to these apps, managed by Kliiv Labs.
Our Privacy Policy tells you what personal data and non-personal data we collect from you, how we collect them, how we protect them, how we share them, how you can access and change them, and how you can limit our sharing of them. The Privacy Policy also explains certain legal rights that you have with respect to your personal data.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

We do not collect personally identifiable information about you or your children through our apps. In other words, we do not collect information such as your name, address, phone number or email address.
When you contact us by email, occasionally we have access to your name, email address, and any information that you decide to provide us in your message. We use your personal data to respond to your enquiries and provide you with the requested information.
Kliiv Labs apps do not require an internet connection to work but some apps may try to access the internet to send and receive small amounts of data if you have an internet connection.
For some other apps, we may integrate Google Admob (https://admob.google.com) to serve you third-party advertisements.
We may use our third-party for some of our apps; the analytics service provider Firebase (https://firebase.google.com) which automatically collects the technical and non-personal data from you. We use such data to analyze the technical aspects of your use and optimize application to offer better services in our apps for your needs.
We may provide paid products and/or services within our applications. In that case, we may use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).
We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

When you visit our website, occasionally we may send cookies to your computer that uniquely identify your browser. We do not sell your personal data to third parties and we do not intend to do so in the future.
If our business is sold or merges in whole or in part with another business that would become responsible for providing Kliiv Labs to you, we retain the right to transfer your personal data to the new business. We also retain the right to transfer your personal data if our company files for bankruptcy and some or all of our assets are sold to another individual or business.
