Project Overview:
Situated in the tech heartland of Palo Alto, GreenTech Office Park is a sprawling complex designed to foster innovation and collaboration. Spanning over 10 acres, it houses multiple office buildings, conference facilities, and recreational zones, all encompassed in a green and sustainable framework.
Challenges:
Creating an integrated office park in an area with diverse topography while ensuring maximum utility and minimal environmental impact.
Solutions:
We employed terraced designs for buildings, maximizing natural light and reducing energy consumption. Rain gardens and permeable pavements were incorporated to manage stormwater, and green roofs were designed to provide insulation and reduce the heat island effect. Moreover, community spaces were scattered throughout to promote networking and relaxation.

Nestled along the serene banks of Austin's river, Riverfront Plaza is a mixed-use marvel, seamlessly integrating retail shops, residential apartments, and public spaces. With its distinctive architecture, the plaza has rejuvenated the riverfront area, making it a bustling hub of activity.
Challenges:
Balancing the commercial, residential, and public aspects in a cohesive design, while preserving the natural beauty of the riverside.
Solutions:
The design incorporated tiered structures to offer river views to most units, and a boardwalk was constructed along the river for public enjoyment. Retail shops were positioned on the ground level to activate the pedestrian experience, while the residential spaces occupied upper floors, ensuring privacy and views. To further the commitment to sustainability, local materials were predominantly used, and landscaped terraces were added to reduce carbon footprint.
