Kleki respects your privacy. This application operates primarily offline. Your artwork and project data are stored locally on your device.

1. Information We Collect

• Project files and artwork stored locally on your device

• App preferences (theme, language, editor settings) stored locally

• Anonymous device and usage data through Google AdMob when you are online

• We do not collect your name, email, or phone number unless you contact us directly

2. Data Storage & Security

All creative work remains on your device unless you explicitly export, save to gallery, or share it. We do not upload your artwork to our servers. You are responsible for backing up your projects. We use reasonable measures to protect app data stored on your device.

3. Children's Privacy Policy

Kleki is intended for a general audience, including users under the age of 13 only with parental or guardian supervision.

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13

• We do not require account registration or personal details to use the app

• Parents and guardians should monitor children's use of the app and exported content

• Advertisements shown in the app are served by Google AdMob and are subject to Google's child-directed treatment settings where applicable

• If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact Kleki Team and we will take steps to delete such information

4. Advertising Policy

Kleki displays advertisements through Google AdMob to support the free version of the app.

• Ad types may include banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads

• Google and its partners may collect device identifiers, IP address, ad interaction data, and general usage information to show and measure ads

• Ad personalization may be based on your device settings and Google ad preferences

• You can limit ad personalization in your device settings (Google Ads settings on Android)

• You retain full ownership of all artwork and projects you create in the app

• We do not claim any rights to your creative content

• Exported files (PNG, JPG) belong to you; ensure you have rights to any imported images or references you use

• The app is provided as a creative tool; we do not guarantee suitability for any specific professional, legal, or commercial purpose

• Kleki Team is not liable for loss of work — please save and export your projects regularly

• Use of the app in professional or business environments is at your own discretion and subject to these terms

6. Permissions

• Storage / Photos: Save, export, and import artwork

• Camera: Optional image capture for reference or import

• Internet: Required only for displaying advertisements

7. Third-Party Services

Kleki uses Google AdMob for advertising. Third-party services may collect information according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review Google's privacy documentation.
