It depends on how large the house is, but home inspections usually take anywhere from 2-4 hours.

When will I get my report?
When will I get my report?
If the home inspection is done before 1pm, we will send the report to you by end of day. If after 1pm, you will receive the report the next business day.

On average we charge $400 for houses up to 2,000 square feet.
What do you look for in a home inspection?
What do you look for in a home inspection?
We look for all the little things that may point to safety issues within the house. Are the stairs safe? How does the roof look? Are there signs of water leaks? These are just a few of the questions we are trying to answer during our inspection.
