Staci Russell was born and raised in Schertz, TX. She began dancing at the age of 5 – taking classes in ballet, tap, and jazz. In high school Mrs. Russell was a member of the Samuel Clemens Belles Varsity Drill Team and served as Major her senior year. It was very clear that dance education was her passion and she decided to attend Texas State University to become a dance educator. During college, she was a member of the Texas Maverick Cheerleaders and Merge Dance Company. She graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in May of 2011 and began teaching at various dance studios in the Austin area. In April of 2013 Mrs. Russell moved to Spring, TX with her husband and continued to teach dance at Pendragon Dance Academy. In 2015 she was hired at Klein Forest High School. For the past 3 years, she has been the director of Gold Revolution Dance Company & Outbreak Crew. She is currently the head director of the Klein Forest High School Dance Department where she oversees the Golddusters Drill Team, Gold Revolution Dance Company, Outbreak Crew, and dance classes. She is extremely excited to take on her new role and continue to share her passion for dance education with her students.
Ancheska Parchman was born in Magnolia, Arkansas. After moving to Texas, she began taking dance classes at the age of 5. During grade school, Ancheska spent most of her time playing sports, but still danced in her spare time. Since her sophomore year of high school, dance has been at the forefront of Ancheska's life journey. After high school, Ancheska became a member of the Lon Morris College Dance Team. During her time on the team, she assisted with team choreography for games and performances, served as a Captain, and helped choreograph the routine that would lead the team to their first ever collegiate competition. In 2010, Chess became a member of the Stephen F. Austin State University Jack Attack Dance Team. Jack Attack headed to NDA Nationals for their first time & made a name for themselves by taking 4th in the nation and 1st in their division against veteran teams. Her Jack Attack career lasted for two years, and ended with a bang as the team made history and took the 1st Place National Championship title for Division I Hip Hop during the NDA Nationals in Daytona Beach, Florida. After college, Ancheska has spent her time traveling and choreographing for several middle school and high school cheerleading and dance teams, as well as city youth cheer and collegiate cheer teams and studios in East Texas. She also served as the Assistant Drill Team Director for the Heritage High School HighSteppers. She has served as the Head Dance Director for the Dailey Middle School Dazzlers and is proud to be the Assistant Director for Klein Forest High School's Golddusters.
