โญ Three Golden Rules โญ

Rule #1: Trust nobody except yourself!

Rule #2: Eliminated people don't talk!

Rule #3: Read rule #1 again!

Villagers

Your Mission as a part of the Villagers team

Find and eliminate all Townsfolk not part of the Villagers.

You have to work together with all the townsfolk to eliminate all other teams that are threatening peace in your cozy village. In order to balance out the game against all threats, some of the Villagers have Special Powers as well and will aid the team of Villagers. As a regular Villager you are either destined or doomed to pay attention to what people say, question them, find flaws in their behaviour and make sure to share any hints or information you have been fed. You are basically solving a big mystery piece by piece and it is up to you to figure it out before it's too late.

Some important Villagers you want to know about are the following:

๐Ÿ‘€ Seer, ๐Ÿง™โ€โ™€๏ธ Witch, ๐Ÿ’˜ Cupid, ๐Ÿน Hunter, ๐Ÿ›ก Protector, ๐Ÿ‘ฏโ€โ™€๏ธ Sister and ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿฆณ Grandfather

Werewolf Pack

Your Mission as a part of the Werewolf Pack

Eliminate all Townsfolk not part of the Werewolf Pack.

The Werewolf Pack is the counterpart to the Villagers team and usually the second biggest team in this game. During the day they have the same rights and options as any other Townsfolk. As Werewolves you are trying to lynch as many Townsfolk from the opposing teams as possible and during each night you are going on a hunt with the other Werewolves to attack more Townsfolk. There are also plenty Werewolf roles with extra special powers that can alter the outcome dramatically to your personal advantage or even disadvantage.

Take a closer look a the Werewolf Pack:

Lovers

Your Mission as a Lover

Surive with your Lover until the end of the game.

Lovers are two players that get bonded by the following options:

  • Regular Lovers (chosen by Cupid)

  • Matriarch Lovers (chosen by Matriarch)

Lovers build a completely new and own team regardless of their team allegiance. Lovers always have the highest priority when it comes to completing missions. If you have been chosen as a Lover your personal mission will be secondary. Remember, if one of the lovers is eliminated the other lover is eliminated as well. Think of Romeo and Juliet. Protect your lover at all costs.

It is possible to have a three-way-tie lover team. It is up to you figure how to get out of this sticky situation.

Here are the lover related roles:

๐Ÿ’ž Aphordite, ๐Ÿ’˜ Cupid, ๐Ÿ˜˜ Don Juan, ๐Ÿ’• Lover, ๐Ÿบ๐Ÿ’‹ Matriarch

Soloists

Your Mission as a Soloist

Please refer to each individual role for clear instructions as there is no general rule here.

No matter the general allegiance of your role your mission is to win the game by yourself. There are different winning conditions. The only exception to this is if you are part of a lover team.

Vampires

Your Mission as a part of the Vampires

Eliminate all Townsfolk not part of the Vampires.

Vampires are another team with a similar agenda to the Werewolf Pack. They are commonly used in games with many players to have an even more unpredictable and fun outcome. However, there is a slight challenging twist to the elimination behaviour of the Vampire's victim. The number of Vampires varies and depends on the Game Master's decision. Otherwise the role speaks for itself. Vampires that lose their powers become regular Villagers.
