Concrete Cleaning

Concrete cleaning seems simple enough, but is it? Concrete is complex and comes in 3 different strengths, commercial, residential, and sakrtete.

Each one needs to be analyze to determine how much pressure it can handle. If concrete is not tested it can be damaged by etching. Etching is caused by direct pressure being applied at the water jet opening. ( Picture below)

Another problem that occurs is concrete not being thoroughly cleaned. This happens from moving the surface cleaner or wand to fast and/or not using a algaecide to kill the mildew. (picture below)

KleanKrete, LLC will pre-treat all concrete surfaces with a algaecide. For areas that are thick or have never been cleaned before will in most cases need a post-treatment to ensure the area is thoroughly cleaned.
