By downloading, installing, or using the Klarblick app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Klarblick is a mindfulness and meditation application designed to help users develop mental wellness practices through guided exercises, mood tracking, and meditation content.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Subscription Plans

- Klarblick Monthly: Provides access to premium features for one month

- Klarblick Yearly: Provides access to premium features for one year, includes a 3-day free trial

3.2 Payment and Billing

- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase

- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

- You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings

3.3 Free Trial

- The yearly subscription includes a 3-day free trial

- You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge

- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the full subscription period

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Eligible Use

- You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

- You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service

- Share your account credentials with others

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All content in the Klarblick app, including but not limited to meditation guides, exercises, audio content, and user interface elements, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 User Data

- You retain ownership of any personal data you provide

- By using the Service, you grant us the right to use anonymized, aggregated data for improving our Service

- We will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

6. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

6.1 Not Medical Advice

- Klarblick is designed for wellness and educational purposes only

- Our content is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition

- Always consult with a healthcare professional for medical concerns

6.2 User Responsibility

- You use the Service at your own risk

- Stop using the Service if you experience any discomfort or adverse effects

- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.

9.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms in the app. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. App Store Terms

Your use of the Klarblick app is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service. In case of conflict between these Terms and the App Store Terms, the App Store Terms shall prevail.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
