Fees
No duration requirements, just schedule when needed.
Home visits/checks can be scheduled as often as you wish. Each home visit will be billed according to the fee schedule below:
Free Estimates
$30 Each house visit in the Klamath Falls/Altamont area.
+50¢ per mile over 10 miles from Downtown Klamath Falls
$ x2 Emergency check after hours (regular visit doubled)
+$5 for homes over 3,000 sq. ft.
+$30 Additional services per hour
+$5 for more than 1 garage/shed checks

About
Bob Nieman is the proprietor of Klamath Hollow LLC.
He began this business after his neighbor asked him to watch his house while he was out of town. The neighbor didn’t return for more than 2 years. Bob became the caretaker of the property and kept it maintained so well that when it was time to sell almost no money was spent to make it marketable.
Bob is a self-proclaimed home improvement expert. He likes to do home improvement projects. Over the years he has learned a lot about how a house functions. Preventative maintenance is always better than costly repairs.
Mr. Nieman has been an elementary teacher for nearly 30 years. Before he started his teaching career, he worked as a copier repairman and a factory service technician for a national company.
Bob and his wife Theresa of 29 years have 4 adult sons. All are OIT alumni and have gone on to successful careers.
