Frequently Asked Questions
• How often should carpets be cleaned?
Most homes benefit from cleaning every 6–12 months. Homes with pets or high traffic may need it more often.
• Do you clean pet stains and odours?
Yes! We offer pet spot and odour treatments depending on the situation.
• Do you serve Niagara Falls / Welland / Thorold?
Yes! We serve St. Catharines and the surrounding Niagara Region.
• Can all stains be removed?
Not always. Many stains improve significantly, but results depend on the type of stain, how long it has been there, the carpet material, and any past treatments. We’ll always do our best and we’ll let you know what’s realistic before we begin.
• How long does carpet take to dry?
Most carpets dry in 4–8 hours, depending on airflow, carpet thickness, and how soiled it was. We recommend running fans and keeping the heat at a normal room temperature.
• Do you move furniture?
We can clean around large furniture. Light items (chairs, small tables) can usually be moved if requested.
• What method do you use?
We use a deep extraction cleaning method with pre-treatment and agitation to lift dirt and buildup before extraction.
• How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on room size and condition. We provide free estimates and confirm pricing before starting.
• Do you clean all types of area rugs?
We clean most synthetic area rugs in-home. For delicate rugs (wool, silk, antique, etc.) we may recommend a specialized rug facility.
