Sponsorship Levels

Four sponsorship levels are available for the 2025 KLA annual conference.

Member Level $150

This level is used for Kentucky libraries, schools, or universities that are interested in staff recruiting or promoting educational programs. Benefits will include:

• Exhibition space

• Name in program book/e-book

• Logo

• Registration for one person

Bronze Level $300

This level is used for sponsorships from companies and organizations. Benefits will include:

• Exhibition space

• Mention in program book/e-book

• Name on conference website

• Logo

• Registration for up to two people

Silver Level $500

This level is used for sponsorships from companies and organizations. Benefits will include:

• Exhibition space

• Logo prominently displayed in program book/e-book

• Logo prominently displayed on conference website

• Mention in all promotional emails

• Three dedicated social media posts

• Registration for up to two people

Gold Level $1,000

This level is used for sponsorships from companies and organizations. Benefits will include:

• Registration for up to two people

• Exhibition space

• Logo prominently displayed  in program book/e-book

• Logo prominently displayed on conference website

• Mention on all promotional emails

• Five dedicated social media posts

• Opportunity to present a concurrent session at conference OR dedicated sponsorship acknowledgement and signage for a conference event (lunch, snack, keynote, etc.)
