1. 적용 범위
이 방침은 LeeJam이 개발·운영하는 iPhone·iPad 및 Android 앱 ‘꾹쿼카’에 적용됩니다. 앱은 회원가입 없이 이용할 수 있습니다.
2. 기기에 저장하는 게임 정보
누적 꾹 횟수, 언어·소리·진동·산책 속도 설정, 튜토리얼 완료 여부, 자동 산책 구역, 무료 이용 횟수, 광고 보상 이용권의 만료 시각 및 중복 지급 방지 기록은 기기에 저장됩니다. 현재 이 게임 기록을 운영자의 별도 게임 서버로 전송하는 기능은 없습니다.
3. 광고와 Google AdMob
앱에는 전면·보상형·배너 광고가 포함됩니다. Google과 광고 파트너는 광고 제공·측정, 오류 진단, 부정 이용 방지를 위해 IP 주소, 기기·앱 식별자, 광고 노출·시청·상호작용, 성능·진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. IP 주소로 대략적인 지역이 추정될 수 있으나 앱은 GPS 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.
현재 앱은 비개인화 광고를 요청합니다. iOS에서는 Apple의 추적 허용 권한을 요청하지 않으며, Android에서는 Google 광고 ID 권한(com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID)을 제거합니다. 이 설정에서도 앱 집합 ID 등 다른 기기·앱 식별자가 처리될 수 있습니다. 비개인화 광고도 광고 제공·보안을 위한 정보 처리가 발생할 수 있습니다. 지역에 따라 Google 동의 안내가 표시되며, 필요한 경우 앱의 ‘광고 개인정보 설정’에서 선택을 변경하거나 철회할 수 있습니다. 동의하지 않으면 광고 및 광고 시청이 필요한 선택 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.

4. 인앱결제
결제는 iOS의 Apple App Store 또는 Android의 Google Play가 처리합니다. 앱은 상품 식별자, 스토어가 발급한 거래 정보·구매 토큰·서명 및 구매 권한 정보를 이용해 상품 소유 확인, 구매 복원 및 환불 반영을 수행합니다. Android에서는 구매 서명을 기기에서 검증하고 구매 정보를 기기에 저장할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 카드번호나 Apple·Google 계정 비밀번호를 받지 않습니다. 게임 기록 초기화로 각 스토어의 구매 내역은 삭제되지 않습니다.

5. 보관·삭제와 외부 처리
게임 기록은 기기에 보관됩니다. 설정의 ‘기록 초기화’는 누적 꾹 횟수를 초기화하며 무료 혜택 사용 기록이나 구매 내역까지 초기화하지는 않습니다. 앱 삭제 및 기기 백업·복원에 따른 처리는 iOS·Android의 설정과 백업 상태의 영향을 받습니다.
Google LLC와 광고 파트너, Apple은 각 서비스 제공에 필요한 정보를 처리하며 미국 등 해외 서버에서 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다. 정보 전송은 광고 요청·결제 과정에서 네트워크를 통해 이루어집니다. 제공업체의 보관 기간, 보호조치와 삭제 방법은 위 정책을 확인해 주세요. 문의 이메일로 받은 내용과 회신 주소는 문의 해결에 필요한 범위에서 사용하고 목적이 끝나면 삭제합니다. 법령상 보관 의무가 있으면 해당 기간을 따릅니다.
6. 선택과 권리
관련 법률이 정한 범위에서 열람·정정·삭제, 처리 제한, 동의 철회 등을 요청할 수 있습니다. 기기의 개인정보 설정과 Google 광고 설정도 이용할 수 있습니다. 운영자가 보유하지 않는 Apple·Google 기록은 해당 업체에 요청하는 방법을 안내합니다. 앱은 아동에게 이름·연락처 등 개인정보를 직접 입력하도록 요구하지 않습니다. 보호자의 우려 사항도 문의할 수 있습니다.

Android 어린이 보호 및 연령 선택
Android 버전 48부터 첫 광고 준비 전에 연령대만 선택합니다. 생년월일이나 이름은 입력하지 않으며, 선택한 연령대는 이 기기에만 저장됩니다. 16세 미만 또는 연령 비공개인 이용자는 어린이 보호 모드로 처리합니다. 이 모드에서는 전체이용가(G) 콘텐츠의 아동 대상 비개인화 배너 광고만 요청하며 전면·보상형 영상 광고는 요청하거나 표시하지 않습니다. 아동 대상 광고 요청에는 Google 광고 ID를 전송하지 않도록 설정합니다. 연령 미선택 상태에서는 광고 SDK 초기화와 광고 요청을 시작하지 않습니다. 연령 선택은 Android 설정에서 앱 데이터를 지워 삭제할 수 있습니다. 무료 체험 이후 선택 기능은 영구 이용권으로 이용할 수 있으며, 기본 직접 산책과 장난감은 계속 무료입니다.
Android age choice and child protection
Starting with Android version 48, an age band is selected before ads are initialized. No date of birth or name is requested, and the choice is stored only on this device. Users under 16, or who prefer not to disclose their age, receive child-protective treatment. Only child-directed, non-personalized, G-rated banner ads are requested for these users; interstitial and rewarded video ads are neither requested nor shown. Child-directed requests are configured not to transmit the Google advertising ID. Until an age choice is made, ad SDK initialization and ad requests are held. The age choice can be deleted by clearing the app data in Android settings. After the complimentary trials, optional features require the permanent pass; manual walking and all toys remain free.

About this policy
This policy applies to KKUK QUOKKA for iPhone, iPad and Android, developed and operated by LeeJam. No in-app account is required.
On-device game data
The app stores press totals, language, sound, haptic and walking settings, tutorial progress, selected areas, free-use counts, reward expiry times and reward deduplication records on your device. The current app does not send these game records to a separate game server operated by us.
Advertising
Google AdMob and advertising partners may process IP addresses, app/device identifiers, ad views and interactions, and performance or diagnostic data to deliver and measure ads, diagnose issues and prevent fraud. IP addresses may indicate a general area; the app does not request GPS access.
The current app requests non-personalized ads. On iOS it does not request Apple tracking permission; on Android it removes the com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID permission. Other app/device identifiers, such as app set ID, may still be processed. Non-personalized ads can still involve data processing. A Google consent message may appear depending on your region. Where applicable, use the app’s advertising privacy settings to change or withdraw choices. Declining consent may limit ads and optional ad-supported features.

Purchases
Apple App Store processes iOS payments and Google Play processes Android payments. The app uses product identifiers, store-issued transaction information, purchase tokens, signatures and entitlements to provide purchases, restoration and refund updates. On Android, purchase signatures are checked on-device and purchase information may be stored locally. We do not receive card numbers or Apple/Google account passwords. Resetting statistics does not erase store purchase history.

Retention and international processing
Game records remain on your device. The statistics reset clears the press total, not free-benefit usage or purchases. App deletion and iOS/Android backup or restoration settings may affect local data. Google LLC, ad partners and Apple process data under their own policies, potentially on servers in the United States and other countries, during network-based ad or purchase requests. Their policies explain retention and deletion. Information received by email is used to resolve your request and deleted when no longer needed, subject to legal retention requirements.
Your choices and contact
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent as provided by applicable law. You can also use device privacy settings and Google advertising controls. For records held only by Apple or Google, we can direct you to the relevant provider. The app does not ask children to enter personal contact details; parents may contact us with concerns.
