**Rum Popo Return Policy**
Thank you for choosing K & K’s Rum Popo for your rum popo purchase. We strive to provide you with the highest quality products and excellent customer service. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your eggnog purchase, we have established the following return policy:
**1. Return Eligibility: **
- Rum Popo products are eligible for return within 1 hour from the date of purchase.
- The eggnog must be unopened and in its original packaging to be eligible for return.
**2. Perishable Goods: **
- Rum Popo is a perishable product, and for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed containers of rum popo.
- All products must be refrigerated IMMEDIATELY before and after opening, even if it was made at the time of pickup, shipment or delivery.
- All bottles of rum popo are made properly in a sanitised environment and are eligible for consumption at the time of purchase. Therefore, any quality issue or damage was done by you, the customer, after the time of purchase.
- If there is a quality issue or damage to the rum popo product at the time of purchase, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of purchase and with a receipt, and we will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund.
**3. Proof of Purchase: **
- To initiate a return, you must present a valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email.
**4. Returns Process: **
- If your rum popo purchase meets the eligibility criteria, you can initiate the return process by contacting our customer service team at kks.rumpopo@gmail.com/ +(501) 637 0314.
- Our customer service representative will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if applicable.
- Please securely package the unopened eggnog with the RMA and return it to the following address: 9765 Whistling Duck Street.
**5. Refund or Exchange:**
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned rum popo, we will process your exchange/refund.
- Refunds will be issued with a replacement if applicable. No monetary refund is issued.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
**6. Non-Returnable Items:**
- Opened or partially consumed rum popo.
- Rum popo purchased beyond the return eligibility period.
- Rum popo without a valid proof of purchase.
- Rum Popo that was not shaken, refrigerated or was placed in an environment that can cause quality issue/ damage like exposure to heat etc.
**7. Shipping Costs:**
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
**8. Customer Satisfaction:**
- Your satisfaction is essential to us. If you encounter any issues with your rum popo purchase or have any questions about the return process, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.
**9. Policy Changes:**
