My career did not start in operations. It started in engineering, where precision, systems thinking, and accountability mattered. Over time, that technical foundation evolved into a broader role: designing how organizations work, scale, and sustain themselves.
What connects every stage of my journey is a pattern. I became the person founders, leaders, and owners relied on when things became complex. I’ve built operations from scratch, scaled companies through rapid growth, supported portfolio businesses operating in parallel, and helped family businesses transition into structured corporate environments. In each case, my role was not advisory from a distance. It was hands-on, accountable, and deeply embedded in execution.
I have worked across industries and geographies, often as the most senior non-founder operator, partnering closely with founders and executive teams to translate vision into reality.

I am comfortable with ambiguity, competing priorities, and fast-changing environments, and I bring calm structure where things feel unclear or overwhelming.
I believe good operations should enable people, not constrain them. Structure should create clarity, not bureaucracy. And execution should feel disciplined, not exhausting.
I am a Certified Project Manager (IAPPM), and I bring a programmatic approach to my work: clear scope, defined milestones, stakeholder alignment, and strong follow-through from setup to handover.
