I serve as a senior non-founder operator, partnering closely with founders and executive teams to design the structure, systems, and execution discipline required for sustainable growth.

My work focuses on business operations, program and project leadership, organizational design, and change execution. I help organizations move from founder-led or informal ways of working to clear, scalable operating models, without losing agility or culture.

I bring a calm, hands-on, and practical leadership style. I am a Certified Project Manager from the International Association of Project and Program Management (IAPPM) and lead complex initiatives with clear scope, defined priorities, aligned stakeholders, and strong follow-through. My goal is not to create dependency, but to leave behind teams, systems, and processes that allow organizations to operate independently and confidently.
