Kathryn, Sue and Tricia have a wealth of experience of the further education and training sector having worked out there on the frontline directly with learners and so know the reality of creating a system that really works for the learners we aim to serve. They also have a breadth of experience having worked for national development organisations to shape the further education sector from working with organisations to formulate their strategic priorities through to creating processes that ensure strategy has its intended outcomes. Their personal characteristics and values which exemplify an inclusive and empathetic approach together with patience and humour make working with them such a positive experience.
Teresa Carroll, National Head for Inclusion, Education and Training Foundation
Sue and Kathryn took the time to understand what we needed for our target audience before designing the bespoke Caring Conversation webinar for our staff. They worked closely with us to agree a draft and responded well to feedback. They were reflective after the pilot and made changes to the webinar. They were engaging and informative in their delivery style. They are true professionals who care about making a difference and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Tricia brought a great deal of expertise to our organisation in a time of transition, helping us to ensure we set up and delivered key projects successfully. She is thoughtful and supportive whilst also bringing challenge and new ways of approaching things. Her knowledge of the education sector and of professional development was a real asset and enable us to make progress rapidly.
Cat Scutt, Director of Education and Research, Chartered College of Teaching
I have worked with Kathryn since 2013 as a colleague on a wide range of projects relating to successful change initiatives in education, leadership and management. In that time I have admired her ability to engage people, through great listening and empathetic skills, bringing energy and ability to understand and summarise someone’s challenging (sometimes complex) problems into the key points to focus on, her mentoring and coaching skills enable her to support and guide people to get the best solutions for themselves too. She is a great facilitator and someone who is achievement driven and loves working with people.
A passion for diversity, health and wellbeing, inclusion and a thirst for learning are all part of someone who aims to provide added value to all she undertakes, making her very successful in teaching and learning situations and a great team worker, I can recommend Kathryn to work on programmes and projects for her commitment to meet or exceed the goals.

Sue has been engaged as a consultant to lead and deliver on various TUC/unionlearn organisational development projects to support and improve business performance, these include design and development of unionlearn’s Quality Award, development and implementation of digital projects and developing unionlearn’s Supporting Learners Strategy. She is an outstanding consultant, who works to exceptionally high standards. Sue is an impressive strategist, who can effectively lead transformational projects and develop innovative ideas for new learning and development opportunities. Her analytical skills and problem-solving skills are very effective and as a result she can identify solution-focused approaches. I would have no hesitation in recommending her work and engaging her on future projects.
