Configuring The Microflush:
The first thing you will need to do is scroll to access code and enter the correct code.
the menu options are listed below:
Manual Backflush: press star
Backflush all-flush all filters in order
Backflush F1-flush filter 1 only
Backflush F2-flush filter 2 only
Backflush F3-flush filter 3 only
Backflush F4-flush filter 4 only
WARNING: manually flushing a filter or filters disables all safetly sensors and inputs, be careful.
note: only filters you have programmed will show up in this menu
Datalog Menu: press star
backflush count-total backflushes including manual ones
int backflushes-total interval backflushes
ext-dp backflushes-total differential pressure backflushes
intrvl b-f /hr-the amount of interval backflushes in the last hour
ext-dp b-f /hr-the amount of differential pressure backflushes in the last hour
last intrvl b-f-time since the last interval backflush
last ext-dp b-f-time since the last differential pressure backflush
total b-f time-total time the controller had a backflush valve open for
total on time-total time the controller has been on
time since powered up last-the time since ac power was applied to the controller
backflush reset?-reset all datalog values, press star to clear values
software revision-this is the rev of your microflush
note: the datalog menu can be viewed without a password but cannot be cleared
settings menu: press star
max flushes/hr-the maximum amount of flushes that may occur in a period of one hour
flushes/hr action-how the microflush will handle excessive flushes per hour
max b-f attempts-maximum amount of retries a backflush can have if the signal is still there
max bf att actn-how the microflush handles excessive flush attempts

timing menu: press star
backflush time-the time each filter is flushed for
backflush interval-how often the filters are flushed (if enabled)
master dwell-the time between a master valve activation and the first filter being flushed
multi filter dwell-the time between each filter being flushed
diff ext-dp start-delay the ext-dp sensor must activate for a flush to be activated
aux timings: these only show up if you have the feature enabled
no filter flow delay-delay for the no filter flow alarm
backflush flow delay-delay for the excessive backflush flow alarm

power mode-use ac mode if you have a mains powered microflush, use battery mode for a battery or solar powered microflush
note: battery mode slows down the checking of the sensors and limits the outputs to dc powered latching valves, also the display and update led turns off with no activity, press any key to turn them back on
interval flushing enable-enables interval flushing or sets it to flush only by ext-dp
set access code-used to set the password on the microflush
